Topics include student well-being, sustainability, and crisis management during mobility. KreativEU advances ethical AI through summer school and white paper |
The KreativEU European University alliance has achieved significant milestones in its mission to develop AI systems rooted in European values. In July 2025, the alliance launched its first Thematic Summer School at Trnava University, where experts explored how Europe's cultural heritage can inform ethical AI development through hands-on workshops and cross-disciplinary discussions. Building on this foundation, KreativEU published a white paper in October examining the relationship between artificial intelligence, sustainability, and European cultural heritage. Through this approach, the network aims to develop at least 12 AI systems by 2028, each designed to reflect European values and contribute to responsible innovation. Read more…

Guiding the flow: research into spreading tourists effectively |
A recent study has revealed a simple truth about tourist behaviour: visitors were just as happy exploring off-the-beaten-path locations as they were when visiting crowded hotspots. They respond to directional cues embedded in the information they receive, influencing tourist movements and experiences.
